Job Description
This position is part of the client's Initial Centralised Administration Team working on the Pacific portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all branch sales and billing administration functions. In addition to this, the position is required to provide excellent customer service for our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Service Administration
- Accurately process all new and renewed customer contracts in a timely manner
- Process all job / product / paper sales
- Maintain databases and templates
- Maintain and update all branch registers / masterfiles
- Complete weekly and monthly balancing
- Action and update client retention tickets
- Process all contract terminations
- Process all credits in iCABS
- Complete sales reconciliations
- Ensure compliance of all contract and job entries
