NSB Omega seeks a Payables Coordinator for its major Oil & Gas client in Sarnia, ON, for a 6-month turnaround contract. This role involves processing invoices and ensuring timely vendor payments.

As the Payables Coordinator, you will maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team in meeting financial obligations. This position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting systems, making it vital for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Match invoices with purchase orders and returns
• Prepare payments via checks, EFTs, and wire transfers
• Keep vendor records up-to-date and respond to inquiries
• Assist with year-end and month-end closing activities
