  • Interpret contract clauses, BOQ, specifications, and drawings to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Handle variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with Planning and Billing teams.
  • Support subcontractor onboarding, scope finalization, and rate negotiations .
  • Monitor contractual risks, delays, and potential disputes and prepare mitigation reports.
