About The Role

IFF is a worldwide producer of Flavors and Fragrances that are used in a variety of consumer products. Consumers can experience these Flavors and Fragrances in drinks, candy, dairy, pharmaceutical, food and savory products as in perfumes, beauty care products and laundry detergents.

The Contract Manager is the site leadership position that IFF holds accountable for the overall direction and coordination of all on site contracting activity.

Job Description

  • Development and implementation of site contract administration procedures and processes
  • Leads the development of and implementation of site contracting strategy and the site contractor safety plan
  • Oversight and training of Field Contract Administrators on site
  • Adherence to IFF Core Values throughout contracting process
