Job Description
- Manage all Contracts, Legal and Commercial aspects of Solar Project with Client, in liaison with the Project Director/Manager.
- Good Drafting & Negotiation Skills, Claim settlement with Client & Sub-contractors.
- Should be Well verse in contracting strategies, contract management of Solar projects.
- Should have market intelligence on local rates, costing analysis for all kinds of civil works / structure fabrication & erection, E&I works etc.,
- Handling of sourcing, evaluation and qualification of Subcontractors
- Having knowledge of law of contracts & Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
- Thorough knowledge of contract laws, risk analysis, cost estimation, estimation of claims / variances etc.,
- Report and forecast Subcontract cost overruns and subcontract request for Extension of Time (claims, change order, variation request, and quantity increase)
