Contract Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities
Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Support tendering, contract negotiations and subcontractor engagements.
Manage claims, EOT submissions, change orders and contract variations.
Ensure contractual compliance and provide commercial guidance to project teams.
Coordinate contract close-out activities, including final account settlements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Experience in EPC, EPCC or industrial construction projects is preferred.
