Job Purpose:
To support contract lifecycle management by drafting, reviewing, administering and tracking contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies, commercial terms and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and administer contracts, amendments, work orders and related documents in line with approved templates and guidelines.
- Assist contract negotiations by preparing commercial summaries, redline comparisons and deviation notes.
- Maintain contract registers, trackers and documentation repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Track key contractual milestones, deliverables, payment terms and obligations to flag risks or deviations proactively.
