Contract Manager

Position Overview The Contract Manager supports risk management and commercial governance by ensuring the execution of contracts complies with corporate standards and the agreed obligations by both parties. The role is responsible for identifying and addressing non‑standard, high‑risk, or non‑compliant execution of contractual provisions while ensuring ongoing adherence to approved templates, clauses, and delegation of authority throughout the contract lifecycle.

Salary range: 97K – 110K (actual based on qualifications and experience).

Contract Execution & Remediation

• Review new and existing contracts (e.g., MGSAs, MSAs, SOWs, services, supply, logistics) to identify non-standard, obsolete, or high-risk clauses.
• Execute approved contracts, amendments, and remediation activities in alignment with the obligations of the contract.
• Support remediation initiatives related to audits, regulatory changes, or contract reviews.
