Job Description

Destia Oy is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee commercial and contractual management of major construction projects in Finland, with collaboration across Vaasa site and other offices, and International footprint within the Colas and Bouygues Group.

You will handle contract baselines, negotiations, risk management, and project reporting, ensuring commercial excellence across project lifecycles. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
