Contract Management Mgr

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides contract related advice and support across broader business and contract areas.
• Leads all aspects of contract development, analysis and negotiation, ensuring that deadlines are met, proactively flagging roadblocks / barriers and working with team members to ensure their understanding, timely engagement and alignment.
• Drafts, revises and negotiates commercial terms for sales orders, service agreements, statements of work, restatements and amendments.
• Reviews contract documentation, content and provisions for accuracy, compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Contributes to the development and negotiation of non-routine and specialized contract vehicles.
• Advises relevant parties on approval requirements and ensures approvals are based on sound interpretation of corporate policies.
