Your role in our team

 We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Maintenance Manager to lead a technical team responsible for the daily maintenance operations of automated storage and retrieval systems at our customer site. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring service excellence, while maintaining strong client relationships

 Main responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and maintenance technicians on-site.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and retrofit maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Act as the primary interface with the customer regarding service performance, escalations, and improvement actions.
