Contract Field Operator

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Field Operator in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta.

The role is responsible for the ongoing safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of the pipeline facilities within the person's area of responsibility. This may include pump stations, truck pits, LACT units, storage tankage, radio towers, river crossing isolation valves, and pig traps/junctions.

The operator will also interface with Lloydminster Control Room personnel, Pipeline engineering staff, and maintenance personnel.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 hourly.

Contract: One year.

Schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off, 10‑hour days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to COIMs.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture.
• Support incident investigations.
• Participate in Hazard ID and the Behavioral Observation program.
