Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (3-12 months) or Permanent Role Overview PEER DATA is looking for a  Contract Data Analyst  to manage and maintain high standard of accuracy for reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, data management, quality control and process optimization while supporting business goals through innovative solutions and teamwork.

The role is ideal for candidates with a law/paralegal background and comfort with structured data and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities Manually review and interpret commercial contracts, SOWs, and related legal documents.

Extract clause-level information into standardized templates.

Validate accuracy of extracted data, resolve ambiguities, and escalate complex/legal issues to the legal or product team.

Maintain an auditable record of all processed contracts and track amendments/versions.
