Job Description
Pre-Contract Procurement Activities (Work / Services / Supplies)
Assist Head of Department / Contract Lead in conducting procurement exercise based on
the approved procurement strategy.
Either via Open tender, Selective Tender, Direct Award.
Identify list of tenderer based on list of panel /registered vendor.
Review and issuance of tender documents / RFP/RFQ to the approved list of tenderer.
Conduct tender evaluation (technical & commercial) and table the evaluation results to the approving authority for award.
Assist Head of Department / Contract Lead in acquiring approval for award of project based on Limit of Authority (LoA).
Approval level based on LoA either Head of Development/Project Director, Head of Company, MTC, BTC or BoD.
Conduct clarification & negotiation meeting if required.
Review and issuance of Letter of Appointment / Letter of Acceptance of Tender
