Job Description

To assist the Contract Manager on all aspects of pre and post contract management of the projects.
To prepare/issue & obtain approval for documentation pertaining to Contract Process in accordance to Quality manuals & SOP and negotiate contracts & administer contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide support to the Project Team in terms of contract documentation interpretation.
To assist the Contract Manager to review and prepare commercial documentation such as Subcontract Agreement, MOU, JV agreement, Contractual Disputes for the projects.
Liaise and communicate with other departments to obtain information in the course of work.
Assist to coordinate with Client and Subcontractor on all aspects of post contract administration.
Analyse, review and prepare subcontract work packages or quotations including review, evaluating and comparison and making recommendations.
