A talented Catering Chef is required to join a high-volume catering operation in Shetland, working on a rotational basis at a remote industrial site.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Chef to join a busy workers' accommodation and catering facility in Shetland. The site caters for up to 350 people in a hotel-style, all-inclusive industrial camp, serving breakfast and evening meals daily. This is a hands-on cooking role within a small team, requiring a strong culinary background and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for breakfast and evening services.
  • Deliver 3-4 menu choices per service, maintaining consistency and presentation.
