- Manage the design of group benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement savings plans, in partnership with external brokers
- Manage global vendor relationships and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure these programs meet employee needs
- Oversee annual open enrollment processes in the US, including planning, employee education, and preparation of employee communications
- Maintain benefits plan configuration in Oracle HCM and act as the primary support for the HR team to review any issues
