Key Responsibilities

To support the contracts team in managing post-contract activities, ensuring cost control, compliance with contract terms, accurate documentation, and smooth payment processes. This role focuses on preparing price comparisons, assisting in certificate issuance, and verifying subcontractor claim calculations.

Post-Contract Administration

  • Review and monitor Variation Orders (VOs), site instructions, and scope changes.
  • Assist in preparing final accounts and cost reconciliation.
  • Maintain updated and auditable contract documentation

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, company policies, and SOPs.
  • Maintain systematic record-keeping and version control of documents.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of commercial information.
