Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General administration support to contract and project team on documentation control in accordance with ISO compliance. Prepare contract and project documentation, reports and manage filing systems
  • Prepare purchase order and liaise with vendors and site personnel for delivery arrangement .
  • Prepare progress claim to client and payment certificates to the subcontractors.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc task assigned by project manager and functional head

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry is preferred for this position
