Job Description
Hybrid in Bogota - 2-3 days per week onsite
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in a Finance role, ideally related to Billing, Collection, Customer Service, or Finance Shared Services
- Fluent English (ideally C1)
- Understanding of customer account management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of SAP or ERP Applications; additional knowledge in BI and CRM is a plus
- Experience with process improvement initiatives in O2C (Order to Cash)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
