HyBuild Engineering is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Critical Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer civil, municipal and MTO infrastructure construction contracts.
• Lead and supervise site inspection teams across multiple active projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Review and manage RFIs, change orders, progress payments, construction claims, and project documentation.
• Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, project managers, designers, inspectors, and subconsultants.
