CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

This role sits within the project delivery team of a large, global data centre developer, delivering its first Sydney data centre, with further projects already in the pipeline.

Based primarily on site in Western Sydney, you’ll be hands-on with the commercial side of delivery, supporting project leaders and directors with the financial detail that keeps the project moving. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, understands how projects are really run and wants to grow into a broader commercial leadership position over time.

Day to day, you’ll manage budgets, commitment capture and cost control, work through variations, vet claims and support progress payments alongside external Quantity Surveyors. You’ll also contribute to commercial reporting and present information to project directors, giving you strong visibility and influence early on.
