Job Summary
The role of a Contracts Administrator is to provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our contracts and service agreements. You will work closely with clients, engineers and internal teams to maintain accurate records, process documentation and deliver first‑class service to our customers.

- Salary: £30,000
- Location: Durham
- Full‐time, 8:00–16:30 Monday – Friday
- Office based role with site visits where applicable
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals and service agreements
- Prepare and issue contract‑related documentation, including quotations, renewals and variations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements
