With over 25 years of experience in development, head contracting, and property management, this construction company has consistently set the benchmark in the South Australian market for architecturally exciting commercial projects.

The Project

The commercial mid-rise residential project, estimated to be worth around $30M upon completion in June this year, topped out before Christmas, on time and within budget.

The Plan

This is their flagship project and one of four mid-rise residential projects planned for construction over the next five years. Which will be worth around $100M on total once completed.

The Team

I've been fortunate to get to know and place the Project Manager and Project Coordinator on this amazing project over the past year.

They are both young, ambitious, passionate, and excited to grow within the company over the next four years.
