Job Summary

RLG is seeking a Contract Administrator for the Northern area. (Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Kenora, Elliot LakeThe Contract Administrator will perform the following duties in order to plan, coordinate, and complete assignments for the inspection, collection, analysis, and reporting of residential Blue Box materials. Initially, in this role, you will support the pre-transition efforts for the province-wide Common Collection System (CCS), slated to begin July 1, 2023. After that, you will be supporting the RLG team with contract compliance.

Key tasks and processes include, but may not be limited to:

  • First point of contact with Receiving Facility(ies) and Eligible Community Contractors(s)
  • Create, modify, complete, and file compliance checklists that verify all contractual obligations are being satisfied
