Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Contract Administration.
  
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $38 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

  • Carried out in‑field inspections and desktop audits to check compliance and service delivery.
  • Managed complaints through Pathway, gathering information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Built strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Provided customer service and handled enquiries over phone and email.
  • Met with building managers onsite when needed to address specific issues.
  • Completed weekly tasks accurately and consistently in a fast‑paced workflow.
