Contract Activities Coordinator - Wellbeing & Social

Care Concern Group in Chartham is looking for an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life for older individuals through engaging and meaningful activities. The role involves planning group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and needs, including those living with dementia.

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, and training will be provided.
