Join our team as a 3PL Key User in a contract role based in Cambridge, Ontario. This position focuses on interface design, user training, and maintaining ERP solutions.
You will support both business processes and user adoption by addressing concerns and defining change requests for SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a logistics background and experience with software training. Strong leadership and analytical abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business process alignment and ensure solution design accuracy
• Relay user needs to enhance solution satisfaction
• Validate order and fulfillment integration and resolve issues
• Prepare user manuals and training materials
• Participate in IT validation activities and support documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years in logistics functions
