Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Supervisor will report to the Operational Excellence group, specifically the Amazon pillar. Responsible for the Continuous Improvement (CI) scope of work (process oversight and improvement, coaching, training, reporting), the position aims to promote the success of CI implemented projects and initiatives at the facility at which the Supervisor would be based at.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight:
    Collaborate with facility management and staff to identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Leading Continuous Improvement Projects:
    Initiate, manage, and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, 5S activities, Gemba walks, andother process improvement tools.
    Develop and execute improvement plans aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste.
