Job Description

Contributing to the implementation and realization of Continuous Improvement programs within an assigned production site through advising, guiding and coaching employees to ensure that they are able to independently improve their performance through the Our Way of Working (OWOW) practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis
  • Performing (root-cause) analyses in line with the operational problem solving methods and procedures and on behalf of the OPEX Manager/Production Manager in order to identify trends and provide insight into underlying causes.
  1. Improvement programs
  • Drawing up allocated improvement programmes based on analyses carried out and OWOW methods and procedures, in line with the CI in order to promote OWOW implementation.
