Grindrod seeks a trustworthy, data-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the Operational Excellence team in Durban. You will drive Lean initiatives, map end-to-end processes, and embed a culture of waste elimination through cross‑functional collaboration.

You will analyse data, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, lead Kaizen events, and coach teams in Lean tools while delivering measurable improvements and sustaining gains across terminals and logistics operations.
