Make a real impact in plant operations as the Continuous Improvement Site Lead at Saputo. Focus on data analysis, implementation of excellence systems, and fostering a growth-driven culture.
This role supports the Plant Manager while taking charge of continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You will own the management of OEE data and drive the implementation of the IoTORQ system. Collaborative planning with the management team will lead to establishing long-term goals for operational performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of IoTORQ across the plant
• Collect and report on key operational metrics
• Collaborate to set 3-5 year performance goals
• Lead LSS projects and improve key processes
• Execute health checks and support corporate initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• At least three years in manufacturing operations
• Leadership skills and commitment to CI
