Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead

Reporting directly to the Head of Milling & Grain for Agribusiness and Member Trading (A&MT) and based in Lombardstown, Mallow, Co. Cork, the Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for the A&MT Division.

The role will identify, lead, and govern strategic improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, driving transformation, and embedding a culture of Lean and Continuous Improvement across the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Continuous Improvement roadmap.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Lead CI initiatives to improve cost, service, and operational performance.
  • Govern Continuous Improvement and strategic projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
