Continuous Improvement Process Control Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze all current operational processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and review annually all continuous improvement programs.
  • Develop measuring and testing methods and procedures designed to evaluate and improve current operational processes.
  • Identify areas that need improvement.
  • Develop plans to increase operational processes and decreases costs, failures, etc.
  • Implement plans and train staff on new procedures.
  • Document changes and create regular reports for upper management.
  • Supervise and direct the Process Control Supervisors.
  • Develop an auditing program for all operational processes that maintains success.
  • May perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
