Job Summary

Vertiv is seeking a driven and high-performing Manager of Vertiv Operating System (VOS) to support the deployment and advancement of Lean transformation across our global enterprise. This role will focus on enabling our New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) team to embed Lean thinking, elevate performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

As a key member of the VOS team, this individual will act as a strategic business partner and coach, empowering teams through practical tools, clear standards, and cultural change. This position requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Lean deployment and a strong understanding of how to bring continuous improvement to life within complex, cross-functional environments.
