Continuous Improvement Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Working with the Lean implementation team to integrate Lean tools into operations and drive performance improvements. Act as the local subject-matter expert for Lean tools and be responsible for all Lean activities at the local site. Develop and conduct the Lean star level plan by driving and monitoring the projects of operational advantage, providing necessary technical support, and facilitating the cross-functional team to meet the metrics as planned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders.
2. To implement the TEOA system in the plant and achieve a TEOA Star-level plant through improvement activities.
3. Conduct site-level workshops and VSM transformation projects with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
