Requirements:

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified (minimum of 5 years).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

• Proven Process Excellence experience in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end projects by identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting cost-benefit analyses, determining causal factors, developing solutions, overseeing implementation, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes including ROI.
