What you’ll do (your mission)

  • Oversee and lead several initiatives focused on improving and streamlining finance processes in the shared service context.
  • Leads automation of projects within finance from inception until completion.
  • Conducts process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting the finance process and agrees on the solution design alongside the finance and business operations counterparts.
  • Develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles.
  • Responsible for change and stakeholder management to ensure project support.
  • Direct and manage project delivery from start to end
  • Define project Scope, timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria
