What you’ll do (your mission)
- Oversee and lead several initiatives focused on improving and streamlining finance processes in the shared service context.
- Leads automation of projects within finance from inception until completion.
- Conducts process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting the finance process and agrees on the solution design alongside the finance and business operations counterparts.
- Develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles.
- Responsible for change and stakeholder management to ensure project support.
- Direct and manage project delivery from start to end
- Define project Scope, timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria
