Continuous Improvement Manager (Montreal)

The Role

Reporting to the plant manager, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires you to be on site 5 days a week.

Your Responsibilities

• Deploy Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, problem solving, etc.)
• Analyze production processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize flows
• Define and monitor operational KPIs
• Mobilize production teams around a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 4 years of experience
• Hands‑on experience in continuous improvement and production management
• Experience in internal auditing is an asset
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 45001 – an asset)
