Job Description

Position:

The Manager of Continuous Improvement will engage, coach, problem solve and lead teams to improve front-end processes, manufacturing processes, advance technologies and implement capital equipment to execute customer-focused improvements across global sites. They will design, facilitate, and deploy the use of visual management and hold accountability to properly use daily management (SQDCI) within the teams. The incumbent will lead in the development and implementation of the Columbus McKinnon Business System (CMBS). Location: Monterrey, MX Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive Columbus McKinnon Strategic Deployment actions across the group, through engagement and leadership, break through mapping, performance monitoring, data-driven problem solving and sustainability.
