Continuous Improvement Manager

Nature Fresh Farms, a family‑owned greenhouse farming company, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager for its Operations Department in Leamington. The position is full‑time, permanent, and involves travel between Canadian and U.S. sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in developing and executing continuous improvement strategies aligned with short‑ and long‑term company objectives
• Analyze internal warehouse and distribution center operations to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality
• Travel between Nature Fresh sites in Canada and the US
• Lead and implement Lean tools and methodologies including 5S, standard work, visual management, and process flow improvements
