Are you passionate about Continuous Improvement. We are looking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement Lead in Hereford on a permanent basis.
Are you already a CI Lead or someone that has a strong background in Continuous Improvement that is looking for their next step into a senior role.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience in delivering technical solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement techniques.
- Strong understanding of ISO and BSI systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and implement continuous improvement plans.
