Danfoss Mexico is seeking a committed and energized** Continuous Improvement Lead** to deploy and execute the continuous improvement strategy, as well as to develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives. This role supports the creation of a CI Culture and the development of necessary information and systems in accordance with the Danfoss Business System.
**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead deployment of lean tools in the site, such as MIFAs, 5S’s, Kaizen, Setup Reduction, Cost Outs, Material Flow, standard work, TPM, and frequency studies coordination.
