  • Evaluates process data to identify improvement opportunities. Analyzes, proposes, tests and/or benchmarks best-in-class practices (internal/external) related to processes, machines/equipment, and procedures as a team member. Supports improvement and development projects at a global level. Defines and collects the set of KPIs for global comparison and to measure the production performance of sites. Monitors KPIs and supports sites in pursuing operational excellence in quality and cost, in close collaboration with the plants (peer group). Among other Global LEAN & Continuous Improvement activities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Advanced English
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in project management (managing cross-functional teams)
