Overview
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing improvements that increase safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across manufacturing operations. This role works directly on the production floor, using Lean Manufacturing, industrial engineering, data analysis, and structured problem‑solving tools to eliminate waste, improve process flow, and create sustainable operating standards.

Engineering Manager.
