Drive lean manufacturing excellence as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Industrial Electric Mfg. in Surrey, B.C. Lead kaizen activities and enhance processes with a focus on data-driven improvements.
At IEM, this hands-on role reports directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager. You will support cross-functional kaizen events, implement essential tools, and coach team members on lean methodologies.
