Continuous Improvement Engineer

Overview

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Leader, the OPEX/CI Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting Operational Excellence initiatives across the site through the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Operational Excellence systems, and cross-functional projects. This position drives sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People Development while supporting the site's Operational Excellence strategy.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business objectives and site priorities.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events following the corporate CI methodology.
• Develop Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, TPM, SM...
