Continuous Improvement Director

The role of Business Excellence is to lead small CI Projects and support BB/MBB on large, complex projects/initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead small projects and support complex life cycle/ Spotlight
• account interventions Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects
• Cross geo projects Work with stakeholders (Mid-level) to identify improvement opportunities and formulate problem statements
• Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of Sagility
• Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects
• Support Central BE Portfolio Lead (GM/AVP) in developing and deploying BE strategy for the portfolio.
