Location: Forza Doors, Partridge Green, Horsham, West Sussex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch

Reports to: Production Director

With revenue of over £38m and ambitious plans for continued double-digit revenue and profit growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to help us embed lean manufacturing in a practical, structured and sustainable way across our factory operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with production teams, supervisors and managers to turn improvement ideas into everyday operational practice.
